Cancellation

• If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, an admin fee will be charged
• If cancelled 20 – 29 days prior to arrival 25% of total accommodation will be charged
• If cancelled 10 – 19 days prior to arrival 50% of total accommodation will be charged
• If cancelled 9 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a ‘no show’, the total deposit will be forfeited
• In the case of a refund, an admin fee will be charged.

Check-in /out

• Check-in time is from 14h00 until 19h00 (unless otherwise arranged)
• Check-out time is 11h00
