The Milkwood Collection :: Map and Directions

Knysna is approximately 6 hours’ drive from Cape Town and 3 hours from Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).

Directions from Cape Town / George (via N2):

  • Drive through Knysna on the N2 (Main Road).
  • Pass Knysna Provincial Hospital on your left and the KwikSpar and Caltex Garage on your right.
  • Shortly after, turn right into George Rex Drive, following signs to The Heads.
  • Continue for approximately 4.6 km along George Rex Drive until you reach the traffic circle at The Heads.
  • Look for Under Milkwood reception at the lower end of the traffic circle.

Directions from Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) / Plettenberg Bay (via N2):

  • As you approach Knysna on the N2, turn left into George Rex Drive, following signs to The Heads.
  • Drive for about 4.6 km until you reach the traffic circle at The Heads.
  • The entrance to Under Milkwood reception is at the bottom of the circle.

Guests staying at any of the five Milkwood Collection properties (Under Milkwood Chalets, Paquita, Number Eleven, Horizon, or Milkwood Bay) should check in at the Under Milkwood reception.
