Payments

Once a reservation is made, we require a 50% deposit, prior to arrival

Balance to be paid on arrival

Credit Card facilities are available – Visa, Master and Diner Cards are welcome

Cancellation

Due to the fact that we are a small concern the following cancellation fees will apply:

If cancelled 30 days or more, prior to arrival: Admin Fee

If cancelled 20 – 29 days prior to arrival: 25% of Total Accommodation

If cancelled 10 – 19 days prior to arrival: 50% of Total Accommodation

If cancelled 9 days of less prior to arrival OR in the event of a “No Show” the total deposit is forfeited.

In the case of a refund, an admin fee will be charged.

Check-in / out

Check-in time is form 13h00 until 19h00 (unless otherwise arranged)

Check-out time is 10h00
