Payments

Once a reservation is made, we require a 50% deposit, prior to arrival

Balance to be paid on arrival

Credit Card facilities are available – Visa, Master and Diner Cards are welcome

Cancellation

Due to the fact that we are a small concern the following cancellation fees will apply:

If cancelled 30 days or more, prior to arrival                 Admin Fee

If cancelled 20 – 29 days prior to arrival                     25% of Total Accommodation

If cancelled 10 – 19 days prior to arrival                     50% of Total Accommodation

If cancelled 9 days of less prior to arrival OR in the event of a “No Show” the total deposit is forfeited.

In the case of a refund, an admin fee will be charged.

Check-in / out

Check-in time is form 14h00 until 19h00 (unless otherwise arranged)

Check-out time is 11h00

PLEASE NOTE

Children as from the age of 12 years are welcome

Regrettably no pets allowed

Regrettably no smoking in the Guest House

Breakfast is served in the dining room between 08h30 – 10h30

All rooms have under floor heating, heated towel rails and TV (4 Local Channels and 2 DSTV Channels)

Guests have access to a private heated indoor swimming pool.
